Bonny Case
Owner & CEO
Bonny’s passion for events began in high school, where she organized club activities and helped raise thousands for school charities.

She graduated from UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2019, completing two semesters interning in Exhibitor Services before joining full-time as a Marketing Coordinator. There, she led creative projects and developed a strong brand voice.
After the pandemic, she was recruited as a Project Manager at an international exhibit house, building trusted client relationships through smart file management, creative problem-solving, and on-time delivery. She later served as a Senior Account Manager, deepening her expertise in client pain points and end-to-end exhibition success.
Bonny then consulted independently, supporting exhibit companies nationwide with her specialized knowledge.
In 2025, she founded 8-Bit Expo, LLC, blending her love of video games with a focused, goal-driven approach to events—ensuring clients feel heard, cared for, and leveled up.

She lives in Orlando, FL, and off the clock enjoys Fortnite, DnD, and her well-kept Sega Saturn.
